They area a completely professional outfit, which is why I continue to happily deal with them after over ten years. |

| I having been going to Mike's service centre shortly after they opened in Douglasdale. Excellent, personalized service at a fair price. Customer service is amazing with all their staff. They will actually take the time to talk with you and go over the work done and answer any of your questions. Such a refreshing change as opposed to going to a dealership for service. I highly recommend Auto Select at Douglasdale. |

| Before buying my first used car, my friend had referred me to the Douglas Square Auto Service shop. They performed a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle for $99 (quite reasonable considering a few other places I had looked at were charging up to $120) and I was very pleased with the overall service. Car was dropped off at around 8:30 and I was able to pick it up before 1:00. I'd say that's pretty efficient because when I arrived, the shop was full and so was the parking lot! The staff was very friendly and honest, and I had no problems at all. I'm not going to rant about how amazing this place is because I've only been there once, but based on my experience, I will definitely continue to choose them as my "go to" shop for my car in the future. |

| Would not recommend this shop. Second time there for service and 2 for 2 now disappointed and not completed correct. This visit I got a bill to pay when it was in for something fixed last time incorrectly. When they phoned to say they had fixed the issue I went in to pick up my vehicle and the guy charged me when they had told me it what the issue was and that they had fixed the problem from previous appt. when I addressed it with them at the front he said that I had to pay that was not the case. First time I had said go head with all the work and they had my vehicle for 2 days then when I went to get it they had only done half the work! Just a sorry no making it right....Bad experience twice means I will not be returning. |
| Shop Comment Thanks Jill for taking the time to review us. Back in May we fixed a major oil leak from your crank shaft seal. 4 months later you noticed an oil leak. You suspected it was from our repair. Upon inspection it turned out to be from the oil filter that was installed by a shop that did the last oil change. We did charge you for the hoist time to inspect, tighten the filter and clean the area off. We did not call to get authorization, for that and I apologize. Please feel free to call me. Thank you. |
